We already own one, and we’re auper excited to use. We already make homemade pizzas at least once a week, so the size not being standard wasn’t a huge deal. However, we weren’t able to find a good way of sliding a pizza into the thing without it falling apart. Is there a good solution to this, other than premaking and freezing a bunch of 9.5 inch pizzas (not the greatest solution for us due to freezer space issues)?

BadsceneI use a peel and copious amounts of corn meal on the bottom of the crust to make it slide off the peel.

BadsceneI own the ironate. It’s amazing. Makes fantastic pizza! But there is no easy way to get the dough in. The way I see it you gave two choices: pre-freeze before cooking OR my method is I assemble all ingredients next to the pan and put the dough in directly after stretching and then lickity-split construct the pizza in 30sec/1min and then cover! It works! Worth the shipping wait too.
