DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - YOU WON’T RECIEVE ANYTHING.
I ordered an Ironate on 17th February with plenty of time for it to ship to the UK (within 3-5 days according to their website) ready for my father’s birthday at the end of March. It’s now the 24th of March and i’ve received nothing except a bullsh*t email saying that “the item was dispatched, but there was a problem with delivery” - Sašo promised me another was on it’s way - that was almost 2 weeks ago.
I am convinced that Ironate cannot fulfil it’s orders and is now simply a sham company. I’m just glad I paid via PayPal and have now opened a dispute to get my money back.
