I have the D10 since a few months and if you like the Tin T4, you gonna love the D10.
It offers what the T4 does, but better in every aspect: better separation, better imaging and center image (which makes the bit recessed mids not as bad as it is for the T4s) , better bass, smoother treble.... However, it also has similar weaknesses, namely the mids are a bit recessed and if you are sensitive for "shoutyness", this IEM won't work for you.
I would NOT recommend this set: as a pure allrounder, for classical music as well as if you mostly listen to music with male vocals. With everything else this IEM is working great.
