Mine came the other day in perfect condition... but after further inspection I found that its tip was loose, and the core pen functionality is completely removed because of this. Should I be contacting Massdrop for a replacement, or be going straight to Jac Zagoory? This is unfortunate, and it seems I'm the only one with this problem, too.
