So I just received the pen a few hours ago and on closer inspection, noticed that the leveler itself chooses whether or not to work. I put it on the same surface every time and every time it would either go to the far left or go to the far right, very rarely landing in the middle. The tip, being a pull out rather than screw, feels very loose while writing. Everything else seems to be working fine especially the stylus. Mass drop doesn't support refunds or replacements so would I have to contact Jac Zagoory directly?
