I don't know about the quality of this particular bag, but from the pictures, it looks consistent with the bag that I bought earlier this year and have used on a couple of occasions already. This looks to be almost the same in all respects, with the exception of the addition of two additional external pockets. While they can be a little difficult to close when you have to take a bit more than a weekend, their functionality is exceptional, my shirt and suit stayed reasonably neat, and the side entry shoe storage keeps your shoes separate. My bag also went through check-in, so I wouldn't have any qualms about durability of this style (given that it is a style, you can be sure that there are likely only a few factories in China making these, so quality isn't going to vary much).
The only question I would have is whether the handle is leather or man-made, and if leather, then it would be a no-brainer for me. I hope that your questions get answered.
I've been interested in this style of bag for a while now. I'd say the weekender garment bag from combat gent is at a similar price point:

I ended up purchasing the CombatGent one when it was at $110. I ended up returning it because the zipper kept bursting on it's first trip, even with a very light load (a suit, shoes and one change of casual shorts / t shirt)
I'm tempted to try this one but I'm weary that at this price point they can't possibly include a quality zipper.
Edit: I bit.
This bag is awesome, super surprised with the quality at this price point.
tegeus-CromisActually, while they take design elements from that bag, there is an improvement in the separate shoe storage on the side to keep any debris from even getting into the main storage area. I'd say that this bag is a functional improvement over the Hook & Albert bag, at a lower price point. Simply because it is less expensive, does not mean it isn't well made or designed. In this case, it looks like the only differences are materials used and that doesn't mean that one will necessarily wear better than the other, it just means it will have a different look and feel.
