Hi Massdrop Team...I can't seem to get a response from Massdrop Support or the USPS on a delivery date for my 4 week old drop on Jaybirds Blubuds X (Gen 1), so pardon me for cross posting here. Seems as if I could've purchased the X2 and received a reply or even a product by now. Any information on the drop in the link below is greatly appreciated. That drop ended on 18-Sept-2015 and no product. I do have a credit card charge that will soon be disputed if no reply soon. Thanks in advance.
