Ah, at this price its worth it. I literally just bought these the day before the drop and I don't want to return. That being said, at $150: Quality: Seems good. Reviews say that the battery will not last 8 hours overtime. So far, so good. Cables and materials seem good. Worth the money.
Fit: I have to agree with another user. Not good for people with small ears. It comes with a package of 3 sizes, and 2 types: Silicon and the foam. The Silicon ones are hard on SMALL EARS, and are painful. The foam ones compensate well, but are not as sound proof. That is the trade off. @$150: I expected better.
Connection: Good, phone calls are clear, people cant tell youre on wireless. You can hear people well. It does have issues connecting to Mac computers. I dont know why, but it can connect with determination. The buttons on the cables work well, however, they work best on IOS and have reported issues with Android.
@$150: Disappointed by the lack of instant connection and OS issues.
and finally most importantly:
Sound: It is incredibly important to understand that these are NOT fitness headphones. They are are supposed to be all purpose headphones. These jaybirds were designed to be BALANCED. I say they focus on the highs very well, and a review noted that they were best for instrumental and vocal (so very good for watching tv). So this brings me to where the Jaybirds lack the most, and the biggest upset. NO BASS. NO BASS. NO BASS AT ALL. If you listen to music with an emphasis on bass (EDM, DUBSTEP, HIPHOP/R&B) these will disappoint you. There is an app you can get for free (tuneshell) that compromises since it has an eq, but without it, @$150, worth returning, and an absolute sin to be charging this price.
@$114. A great buy if you set your expectations realistically. These are not the end all be all they market themselves to be.

Jaypee0813Interesting you say there is no bass whatsoever, I mainly listen to EDM and there is the perfect amount of bass.

Jaypee0813Wow--no bass? You must be an extreme basshead. These have enough...if not plenty.

Jaypee0813You note that you have problems with the ear tips, so possibly you're not getting any bass because you're not getting a good seal on the tips in your ears. Correct seal makes a huge difference in the bass.
