The most troubling this for me is that I got no email notification of the cancellation of this drop, and it was removed from my transactions. It's not very professional of Massdrop to do that and make me track down this thread. I hope my refund gets processed.
I can understand that massdrop had vendor issues- but taking my money, canceling the shipment and then eliminating the records from my account without ever even sending an email... very disappointing.
Kmanley@Kmanley - I hear your frustration, though I can assure you we did send out emails to all members who joined this drop. One of two things likely happened: The email could be in your spam email folder, or you may have opted out of the "send me emails" option in your Massdrop settings. Let me know if neither of these are the case, and we'll look into the missing email. Either way, we hope to make things good for you. Thanks!

It seems that I am not the only one with this problem.
This was my first Massdrop experience and I think it will be my last. The refund seems to have gone through so I will just close my account. There are far more reliable and professional companies online to shop with that are better to deal with.
