I received a list from MassDrop, and it's very minor. So we would wait for another 7 days to start to produce the replacement. Our reservation for this GB is more than enough to cover the request. So It won't take much of your time to get the replacement.

How do we know were on the list? I contacted massdrop support, and all they said was they were talking with the manufacture and would get back to me. I just want to make sure I'm on the list for a replacement.
Same thing here, have no heard anything since.
I contacted Support and they were quick to respond and let me know I could return the product. I asked if there would be a way to get a replacement instead of just getting my money back, but they have not got back to me about this for a few days now. Not sure what's going on. I would like a replacement, because the key is beautiful, but looks very odd sitting crooked on my keyboard.
Hopefully we can all get replacements.
The lack of communication is disheartening. They could at least provide a time-frame for how long they are waiting before submitting numbers to JK. At least provide us with a means of returning them so we don't have to sit and wait even longer waiting for MD to receive and process them.
Just to follow-up I did finally get a reply from MD stating that they are placing a bulk replacement order with JK but are waiting on JK to reply back. Looks like the ball is back in JK's court. I would verify that MD has added you to their list as I was told I was placed on it in a follow-up email.
We will ship the package in the end of next week. As we said, we wait for 7 more days after the confirm of MassDrop to ensure that everyone get their chance to replace.
So you expect to receive the keycap soon.
Another thing, since we don't have enough wooden box for Enter the Star, we will use Carton box of our Jelly Audio. It is a well design and well made Carton box, you wont be disappointed.

Didn't you guys say all the replacements had been sent out in your sale announcement post 4 days ago?
Massdrop told me that I could "request" Jelly Key to do this drop again, in order to get a replacement Enter Key. Kind of disappointing to hear that. I would rather just get a replace than have to wait that amount of time for something I've already paid for.

No, Massdrop didn't give me any confirmation. I thought you didn't do re-runs. This is why I'm a little concerned that Massdrop told me to wait for another drop.
I understand there must be a lot of work that goes into these keys and the craftsmanship is beautiful.
I would like a replacement if possible since it does sit misaligned.
