EMOTIONZIt's not a diving light. Jetbeam says: "IPX-8 waterproof (submersible up to 2 meters)". There should not be a dash in the rating, but aside from that, the IPX8 rating  basically means waterproof below one meter. The manufacturer is responsible for determining how much more. It's usually 1-3 meters. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_Code

EMOTIONZHere's a dive light that is similar in some ways - lumens and price (it's a little bigger - 3 C cells for 12 hr run time). There are more powerful ones. This is just for comparison/example, not a recommendation, although it does seem to have pretty good reviews (look at specs - it is also IPX8, but rated for 100 meter submersion): http://www.divers-supply.com/sea-elite-marine-led-light.html

EMOTIONZOk, do a search for it - Sea Elite 1000 Lumen Marine LED Light. Divers Supply comes up as first result for me - using Google.
