I really love the style of the Bond sunglasses. But for the life of me, I can't understand why they are not using polarized lenses with 100% UV protection in all the frames. Polarized lenses are not a "must". But if you are using "sunglasses" without 100% UV protection, you are actually DAMAGING your eyes! The tinted lenses cause your pupils to dilate, and without UV protection, you are allowing in more damaging ultraviolet radiation than if you were not wearing shades at all. Most sunglasses above $20 have full UV protection. This is why I'm so sad that John Varvatos is supplying some of his cool designs with no guarantee of full UV protection.
