Mine just arrived damaged. The front cover of the plastic box was cracked in three places and the front of the charger scratched on its top/face. The charger was inadequately packed in a single level bubble wrap envelope folded over once and easily crushed. I am really surprised and very disappointed in the quality of the packing and handling of this item. I have requested a return and refund. One with no shipping charges. So it goes. Best to you all.

LorinhLorinh, I want to apologize for the Packaging of the unit. The initial packaging in the crystal box a was terrible idea. But one we could not go back and change. We have already redesigned the packaging for a the next future order. If there was any damage done to your actual external battery charger, we will replace it without issue.
