Love these sunglasses

These glasses are well made and comfortable to wear. The leather side pieces are soft and prevent light from coming in on the sides for the most part. I've used them to drive and they barely block my peripheral vision. The ones I received are the lightest of the tints so they work great for cutting out some sun without making it difficult to see in afternoon light settings.

The glasses are excellent except for the major design defect of the nose pads. They are just rubber pads that slip into a loop and stay in place just with friction basically. They can easily pop out and be lost. Julbo support is very aware that this wasn't a good design and will send you 4 new ones at no cost but still it's a pretty glaring flaw in something that is supposed to be designed for outdoor rugged activity. I would give it 4 stars but I have a feeling I'm going to be experimenting with sugru to replace the nose pads at some point in the future.

Bought mineral glass version. Purchased for spring skiing, but wanted something that could also be worn around town and wasn’t too ”action sport” looking. Also considered the round lens Vermont but preferred the aviator look. Flexible ear hooks are great and should keep glasses in place without a cord. Fit is ok for me. A little wider at the temples would be preferred for my head shape, little tight at the sides, but fits decent enough that I’m happy with them.
