IsaacDMany folks just hold off until the lowest price is reached and that's totally fine. The event just launched today so it's very likely it will drop.
The combinations that you see not being able weren't available from the vendor, mainly in XS and XXL sizes; we just toggled those options off.

BrainFlushThat's highly unlikely as I've updated my e-mail alerts so that I won't get another one that leaves me wondering why some moron felt the need to respond to a two month old comment. I also feel like I should point this out since reading doesn't seem like it's your strong suit. My original comment was brought on by the fact that there was nothing in the 'Note:' mentioning specific size/color combinations being unavailable which lead me to conclude that there had been, as happens from time to time here, exceptionally limited quantities available of the more desirable size/color combinations.
