received my alu dock today. its spoilt product. it doesnt work at all. i have send email to massdrop support. i plug it in with my original apple plug.

SusanIt shouldn't fail like that. Could you clarify what you meant by "original apple plug"? It's lightning connector on the base is meant to plug directly into your iPhone, with no additional adapter.
