It falls apart, and fortunately I have found the parts, but now I don't carry it with me for fear of losing the parts. Also, the battery has a short life. In conclusion, it is a great idea but a poor design.

This thing fell apart on me after only having it 3 mo. I reached out to shutter grip and no one has ever responded.. it was a great product until it wasn’t.. I would be ok if just the holder broke but the Bluetooth receiver does work now either..uggg

Device is OK, but far from ideal. Kind of a pain to attach it. Ergonomics are improved from naked phone, but less than I expected. Connectivity is very good.
I find I don't use it unless I really plan to take a lot of phone pics, which is rare.

When it works, it’s great at providing some extra stabilization, however...occasionally it switches from controlling the camera to turning the volume up and at others, there’s no response whatsoever.
