the screw wont even work so what now ? can i get a refund? this stuff sucks
wing911If you're having issues with bottom screw unable to tighten all the way in, please email support@just-mobile.com to get your rod replaced. Please advise color of your HeadStand, issue at hand, and shipping address. Do not force it to tighten if it is not going in. We'll replace another rod for you. Just Mobile Support
