Would love to know how well these stands fit the Fostex TH-X00 cans before purchasing. Anyone?

NJbonelessThough I don't have one, here are my observations just in case nobody does either. The Fostex ST300 headphone stand fits other Fostex cans (which look about as big as TH-X00 from videos I've seen) with plenty of room to spare.

It stands 11.88 inches tall according to Amazon. The stand from this drop is about two inches shorter at 9.76 inches.

NJbonelessI don't have the TH-X00s yet (have the Ebony ones on order) but I have the Denon D2000s which the TH-X00s are modeled after. Just got the Just Mobile stand in the other day from the previous drop. Fits perfectly.

WaahI ordered them from Adoramma, they say on their page it's available but then send an email saying there is more than 1 month wait cause they don't have em. I canceled. B&H say it's special order, they say 2 to 4 weeks, but who knows? At least they don't pretend it's available immediatly. Amazon is just front, they actually redirect the order from Addorama. I bought a open box unit with a discount on ebay.

IceBlueI have a pair of TH-X00's, with stock cable. They will just barley fit. However I will not use them with the th-x00 as it puts pressure on the cable were it fits into the headphone. Over time this could and probably will cause problems. It would do the compay that makes these very beneficial to read the user comments and make these about 2 more inches taller.

IceBlueI'm assuming because the stand is too short the cable will be pushing up against whatever surface you have the stand on. That will bend the strain relief of the cable I imagine.

WaahThanks. That makes sense. I didn't even think of that. If you have the the headphones extended all the way on the AHD2000s, the cables will bend. Damn. Might have to invest in the Fostex ST300s. Anyone got other recommendations for the X00s?

IceBlueWoo Audio makes stands with adjustable height. Getting my I&S wooden headphone stand in the mail today too, so I may edit this post later to recommend them. These are at least twice the price of this drop however.

WaahI did want an I&S stand but lacked the funds last drop. By the time they get here its about $100 after tax and shipping. Unsure what wood to get with ebony th-x00 if I could spare $100 though.
