We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 11/15.

pixllIt's a mix of both. There's a waterproofing finish on the fabric, as well as the fabric itself and seams being waterproof.
I would not put this in the washing machine; technical garments are better to just Febreeze and air-dry, or spot-clean when needed.
Please refer to garment care info the garment itself. Usually you can wash lightly in the washing machine and air-dry. Just be aware that you may wash some of the waterproofing finish away, and may need to reapply some on your own (there's plenty of waterproofing sprays for technical jackets under 10-15 bucks).
