I'm not going to bicker in this forum, but I disagree with everything you just said...on all counts in every way. You're obviously a condor fan, and nothing wrong with that, but must have little experience and/or knowledge of the Becker line and design concept. It's all about ergonomics, not just which can whack the hardest. The BK21 is a collaboration between 2 legends with more knowledge of all things sharp than I'll ever know. The design is purpose driven and intentional on many levels other than solely chopping.
Really, this is a discussion of the BK21. It's paid for, so go peddal Condors or Aranyiks somewhere else. If you're not interested in the BK21, I don't get it...what's your point of continuing here?

Beckerhead444I like how the guy named Beckerhead is trying to admonish me for being a fan of Condor. I never said the bk series was anything less than great. But there are other options and yes some are better for some tasks than others. If you cant comprehend the fact that different properties of different knives lend themselves to particular tasks, then you have a fundamental misunderstanding of tools in general.
