CuriousCarlThe BK15 has been discounted and has been selling for $40-50, some online retailers still have it for that price. It's a great knife, takes a good edge, I bought 4 of them.
ColdoneI've seen some retailers on Amazon, unfortunately, it's impossible to import it to Europe for a reasonable price (more than 3x the price). Would you suggest the BK15 or this one for general camping usage (like carving, chopping, etc.)?
CuriousCarlThey both would be good but the bk16 has a square spine, better for battoning and the cutting edge comes almost to the handle for finer work. For all around use or backpacking the bk16 would be my choice for a single knife, I do pair my bk15 with my bk9 to handle all kinds of tasks though.
Ethan Becker carries around a bk16, that tells me that it's a good everyday, all around knife.
