Hmm, that isn't good. I still haven't heard anything from support bet they screwed the pooch on this one. We shouldn't have to press for updates if they screwed up.

necrosisYeah, regardless of the refund I'm real unhappy that I have had to send in multiple tickets just to find out what the heck is going on. If they knew there was an "inventory discrepancy" prior to Christmas, there shouldve been an email going out to let everyone know the situation, rather than only responding once I've harassed them enough time. In general I've only had great experiences with massdrop, but this is a disaster.
edit: oh, and still no response since the last email I send them on Christmas Eve
