I'm not sure if it's me or the keys. I have an ALT keyboard and the Kaihua Speed Switches. Recently I've been getting a lot of double letter typos especially the A and L and 4 keys. I thought this type of thing was supposed to be rare to impossible on mechnanicaal <--- right there, keyboards. I also have 40A 0.2mm o-orings on my keys. It actually happened three times typing up this message, it's getting a little annoying.

I love Box White so much, would I also love Speed Bronze?

They sent me bronze instead of copper even though the bag and the box both said copper. Did that happen to anyone else?
Forgot to update but they sent me the same incorrect switches. They gave me partial discount and I kept the switches.

This is the second drop where I get an email saying the product will be delayed and it has shipped within an hour of each other. It's kinda confusing...

Oh damn didnt know it would take more than 5 days to put the switches in a plastic bag and send them... oh well I guess it takes time ordering from massdrop... even to the point where its kinda ridiculous...

travel -> fare -> stroke HaaTa's data disagree with the ad copy; first value is advertised and next value is scale: Kailh KS silver (CPG151101D), speed switch linear: [1.1, 1.3]:3.5±.3 mm, [40±15, 28] gf, 70 M× Kailh KS copper (CPG151101D), speed switch tactile: [1.1, 1.15]:3.5±.3 mm, [40±15, 35] gf, 70 M×

This really isn't a savings compared to NovelKeys/KBDfans/etc., which have these at $2.80/10 switches available to ship as of this writing. Basically, you're saving a whole 80 cents for 110 switches ($30.80 vs $30), or paying $3.40 more for 70 switches ($19.60 vs $23). And if anyone is looking for the black-bottomed type, looks like the PCB mount (which NovelKeys also sell, except for Bronze) use those. If you need plate mount, you can just clip the legs off with something like a nail clipper.

Are these switches rgb? I'm trying to replace my switches in my massdrop alt keyboard... wasn't in love with the halo clears and want something closer to cherry mx browns... thinking the copper would work... I'm ok with a little more stiffness than browns but the clears are too much work. In any case they need to be rgb capable... are these? And more specifically, do they work with the ALT?

I think they work... I think the RGB is on the board itself. Hopefully someone else can verify this. Nevertheless, I decided to risk it... got the copper ones. Seems like they will be in between browns and halo clears in accuation force; which, I hope will be perfect for me.
