The drop ended with like 1400 boxes. I think it's fair that they need a little time to fulfill this since I don't think it's directly supplied by wizards

LewyTHi LewyT, I Agree that it should take time. But they should better communicate with their customer's. I have seen time and time again they say they will have an update and then disappear for a day or so. EXAMP: If they say they will have an update on 09/30 then they should have an update on 9/30 not two day's later. If you are buying from Massdrop and want consistency you should look elsewhere. If you want to save that extra couple of bucks and are willing to deal with Faildrop issues like this then that's why you are still here.

LewyTIt ended with plenty of time for them to put together orders. This isn't coming from a mom and pop shop. A distributor should be more then able to handle the quantity of orders in a reasonable time frame. You are talking about a professional business that most likely supplies many LGS.
There really is no excuse. The drop ended on the 26th of September. A full week has lapsed since the drop ended.
What they are most likely not communicating is that distributors have to estimate how many boxes they are going to need. Vendors have to send in a purchase order with said distributor. If that distributor did not estimate appropriately they then have to back order boxes. What likely happened is the distributor did not estimate the demand from a highly hyped set. So they are hoping that they can back order the remaining boxes to fulfill the order.
I am not holding my breath that this is shipped by end of the week. If it is that is great. But it is likely a supply chain break that is not as easy to fix as just ordering more boxes.

JeremydropsI don't think massdrop is allowed to sell booster boxes from distributors cus they don't have a brick and mortar storefront. How do you know it's not a mom and pop shop? and sheesh y'all it was one business day and what's her name said they were shipping already.

Edit: Once again, I don't think this is Massdrop's fault outside of being transparent on the vendor to be able to rate or avoid in the future.

It hasn't been one business day? It has been 5 business days since the drop ended and 2 business days from the expected ship date.
There are work arounds to not having a brick and mortar store. If it was a mom and pop shop, the drop should have been limited to a certain number of boxes that they supplier was able to handle. Like all other drops that have a numerical limit of purchases.

MCPoogeBut if anyone who was wondering why they hadn't gotten their product first checked the thread to see if anyone else had any luck now got a confirmation, they would likely come back to say that they did indeed get it. It has not happened yet so I can't think that anyone has actually gotten a confirmation. At least I'm fairly certain nobody got a confirmation in the last 24 hours or so

CloudBoxThis is still annoying regardless, I have not received even a shipping notice from massdrop about my order yet and it has been almost a week since the estimated shipping date. This is incredibly unacceptable. I want to know that my money was well spent and that I will actually get the stuff i payed for. Oh and did i mention my friend who is only a couple of miles from where I live received all of his stuff a day ago.

CloudBoxExactly. The second I find out anything about mine I'll be letting everyone know. Maybe those (supposed) people who received theirs with no problems wouldn't even come to the board, but if "the majority" of them were shipped, then some of the people here should have been included. We would hear updates from someone (although we SHOULD be hearing them from Massdrop). I agree with whoever said that this really seems like a bait and switch.
