I just heard from my friend who pre-ordered the booster box and fat pack from here (massdrop) and he already has the product IN HIS HANDS, meanwhile we are waiting on transit? without even a gosh darn specific word onto what is going on?
The level of professionalism displayed here is appalling. now it may not be Mass drop's fault directly but they are the ones who communicate to the vendors so they have some responsibility.
the consumer shouldn't be the ones punished for this incompetence.
This was my first time ordering from mass drop and based on this display it might very well be my last.
We deserve more explanations. rather than vague answers.

MatzazYup. I have had three MTG related drops ship with estimated ship dates that were far after this one. Depending on the update that we are supposed to get today I may be seeking reimbursement through my credit card company. Lets hope it doesn't come to that. But I have never had a problem with purchasing anything on this site before. Almost all were timely within a day or two before or after the estimated ship date.
It was a Preorder. There should be no issue with getting product. Preorders are to RESERVE product for release day, period.
