Hey everyone,
First off let me apologize for the lack of communication yesterday and this undesirable delay. This morning I heard back from the vendor. USPS/UPS didn’t come to pick up the bulk of the order that’s still sitting in his shop ready to go, but we have been told another attempt at a pick up has been scheduled for today. I completely understand your frustration since I also haven’t gotten a shipping notification for my boxes, and I’ll update again once we get confirmation that everything was picked up.

Henry_LThe part that is really confusing me, however, is that people are saying that other drops for Kaladesh boxes (for example the ones that included a booster box and something else) have already shipped. Could the issue with this drop have been alleviated by switching to one of the vendors that was providing product on time, such as the vendor used for the other drops?

HankahnI never thought about it till now, but how can it be blamed on UPS/USPS.
Isn't it either UPS's fault or USPS's fault? Why is there a dual blame? Does the vendor not know who was supposed to pick up the packages? Shaaaaaaaaadyyyyyyyyy!!!!!

Henry_LSomeone must have upgraded the shipping because I am getting a 2 day delivery. While it doesn't feel super great to wait a full week after release having it picked up Wednesday and still getting it by Friday feels GREAT.
Received my tracking stating my package was just picked up. Scheduled Delivery Updated To: Friday, 10/07/2016, By End of Day

Henry_LWhen you say ship, does that mean the first time you guys LIED about the majority having been 'sent out' or was that in the "rest that will be picked up shortly" from monday?
And then when they weren't picked up Monday, do nothing tuesday, eventually get around to it wednesday......maybe.....we'll see.

Henry_LI got my shipping update: Saturday, 10/8, end of day. I had no idea UPS delivered on Saturdays. Huh. And it said that it had been shipped/billed on Oct. 3rd, but it only showed up in the system from Akron on 10/5 today. It says it's supposed to be two day business, as well, but I don't see how that turns into a Saturday delivery date. And I'll be on the road then. Thankfully, someone will be there to sign for it.
The lack of communication and transparency, and telling people that this is a preorder, so that things should be shipped on 9/30 and waiting until 10/5 is really not sound business practice.

Henry_LI have still not received any notification of shipment from this drop and honestly, I've had enough, this is taking way too long, I am currently talking with my credit card company to have this refunded. I am seriously disappointed with the lack of customer survive, the spotty stories on if it has been shipped or not, and the contradictory explanations.

Henry_LThis is all henry's fault poor communication skills and lies. He should not have listed the drop as shipping on the 29th. He is in breach of contract. Hope he doesn't work here in the hobby section of massdrop much longer. Maybe he should work in the quilting section of massdrop. That might be more his speed. If he is listed as handling a drop I am going to stay far away.

Henry_LSounds like more lies. I ship alot through UPS and I am sure I dont ship anywhere near as much as you do. If UPS misses my stop all I do is call and they have that driver stop right back over or send another. This sounds like total crap.
