The fact that people who ordered the booster box and fat pack are already receiving their product and we're still just waiting for updates is ridiculous.
It's the equivalent of sitting in a restaurant and ordering, someone coming in after you ordering the same thing plus a cheeseburger and getting all of it before you. I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company tomorrow.

Dunx26I think those orders went through another vendor and is why they were shipped already. It's not entirely massdrops fault but they don't apparently have any SLAs with vendors or order cancellation policy to protect their buyers. Ultimately they have allowed their reputation to be negatively impacted by the distributor.

GivethemairIt's a matter of accountability. If massdrop's not going to be held accountable for their conduct, no one is. We don't know the vendor. Massdrop as a middleman is in a disadvantaged position but they put themselves there and dug their own hole when they lied or gave conflicting information.
If they had been up front from the get go, I'd be irritated. But then I'd know it was out of their hands. At this point I don't know what's really going on because I've been told two different stories. They've lost my faith in their ability to deliver their product in the time and manner they presented.
