So the fulfillment is late and that sucks... But what we haven't been told is why this is happening. I would rather Massdrop told us that they don't know why the items haven't shipped instead of feeding us a line about the pickup being missed. It is no longer possible that UPS simply failed to make the pickups for so many days in a row. It seems like maybe the vendor didn't have stock on the item or simply failed to fulfill the orders. We need answers!
