A week and a half (based on the shipping info I FINALLY received tonight) for a "pre-order" item is some serious BS. And actual "pick up" stamp from UPS is 48hours and 4mins AFTER the Shipped/Billed date... How often does this sort of poor performance from vendors plague MD?
