I finally got a shipping notification. They let it sit for two days, and now I "might" get it Tuesday. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. After screwing us over EVERY step of this process, the least they could have done is shipped our packages so that we would get them less than 11 days after they were supposed to be shipped.
Good luck to the rest of you who are STILL somehow getting screwed by this utterly incompetent process.
