Got my shipping info too. I agree the issue is not really the arrival tomorrow, a week after expected ship date, but the way the whole thing was handled. Using a discussion forum for customee service is not good (considering contacting support just has them tell you to look in the discussion) the lack of transparency,the non-massdrop employees acting like they knew real info, and the constantly changing stories and shifting blame.
