Hi all, after 12 days we finally received our product and I would like to recap just so that no one make the mistake of buying from Massdrop again. I bought this presale back in mid September and on 10/1 there was zero movement and we were told there would be an update by end of day 10/3. On 10/3 I was given the notification from UPS that my package had been submitted and they were awaiting the package. I contacted UPS on 10/4 to have the speed upgraded and was told they still had not received the package. By the end of 10/4 the package had been submitted by Surepost and thus I was told there was no way to upgrade the speed. They told me to contact the shipper, thus I contacted Massdrop on 10/4 to request the shipper information and never received a reply from Massdrop. Fast forward to 10/11 the package was handed over to USPS because it was Surepost and now it was delivered today 10/12. Instead from now on we will instead be supporting our LGS and getting a Buy-a-box promo out of it by just driving down the road on launch day. This company has terrible communication and customer service and zero integrity when it comes to picking their distributors. I do not recommend anyone to purchase product from this website.
