Hello All,
On this drop the only part of the grinders that is clear is the top if it is specified. My apologizes but the vendor just let me know that this is the case.

That is correct, this drop has clear topped and solid topped grinders but no clear sided ones. This was discovered after we started the drop and the vendor contacted us explaining that this was the situation.

Best Grinder I have ever owned. I've had mine for 6-7 years and have never had problem with a Kannastor. Do yourself a favor and buy this grinder.

Alright,, so I understand this is clear... But after committing I'm given the option of a solid or clear top. Does this mean the clear will look like the crank wheel clear but smaller without the crank? Or will it be Clear Middle instead of a solid middle... Sorry it's a stupid question but they don't have any photos of the clear top for either of the two smaller options.. Even here on the discussion they only have the clear middle shown. I would most likely purchase if this has a Clear TOP!

ZachLThe clear tops dont have the crank style spiral. They are totally clear and the metal teeth are bedded into the plastic so they look like they are kinda floating. Looks nice, i'm just dubious to how long it would take for a tooth to come loose.

ShitnSickYeah I clicked commit to join at lowest and it shows the clear top but the rest is solid.. I like this I don't know why massdrop wouldn't have this option!

I picked this up almost a year ago in the last drop! I figured I ought to update since it's dropping again. It's very nicely machined and operates very smoothly. The threads are larger between the top and the chamber which is nice because it takes less turns to remove the top which is one of the more common things you'll be doing. It looks fantastic and all around just feels like a high quality piece of equipment. The grind is a little on the coarse side. I like it in a bowl or my SSV. For MFLB, I use my finishing grinder. (I find the finishing grinder is too fine for the SSV as it makes it much more crumbly and can cause small particles to fall through the screen). Though typically if I use the finishing grinder, I'll pre-grind it in this. I got the medium one. I think it's worth picking up.
