@KantoLiving The M part of the clamp mount I got has defective screw grooves. It doesn't screw in. Would you be able to send me that part? Please and thank you!

Kudos Kanto Living! I bought this item, and even thought I initially had some trouble properly adjusting the "up and down" pressure (I would recommend big, manual knobs), I managed to do it and now I love the product. Didn't imagine that moving your big screen around, would provide so much added comfort.
Seeing you provide such awesome service to a customer here, has cemented my loyalty and as a result I will spread good words about your company, anytime I can (lots of geeks around me and so, discussions around hardware, home office, and accessories are common).
