The heavy steel frame supports most desktop monitor widths with ease, while the closed-cell foam padding on the top of each platform ensures a safe pillow for your monitors to rest on (while also providing excellent acoustic performance). There are also quarter-inch, 20-thread mounting holes if you’d prefer a more permanent affixing, as well as 30 degrees of rotation built into the platform to ensure you can get just the right angle for your setup.
