Hi KantoLiving and Massdrop, I bought YU5 and the SUB8 from this recent drop (My second set of Kanto speakers and Sub, since I love the first set (gloss white is on point). Hooked up everything up but the SUB8 are not working. Did a few things, tried the RCA (Y) wire, used a RCA single wire (tried the left and right individually, turned it off and on from lowest knob setting. Tried AUX and Bluetooth for audio connection and also swapped with my working SUB8 set and still didn't work. Not sure what to do. Please let me know other possible troubleshooting ideas or what to do next.

Exact same thing for me. Tested another sub that I have to confirm the outputs are working, and they are. My Sub8 (after doing everything you mention above) is also DOA. AurthurM - what are your recommendations?
