I've been reading about cable problems, here is the cable I used.

AhlitahI tried using that coaxial cable but the sub8 just doesn't work. I've tried with a pair of RCA (red/white) cables as well. Any suggestions? Did i receive a defective item?

T3VinceSounds like it.
I plugged it in and went to a Bass Heavy Youtube video and my whole floor was shaking, so I know it works!
If you haven't already, contact Massdrop or Kanto Support for a replacement.
