Kanto’s TUK Powered Speaker is a near-studio-level entry into the bookshelf speaker space. Featuring a mostly single-color black or white design with sleek beveled cutaways and a contrasting driver ring, the TUK will look at home on a bookshelf—in a high-end listening room, and yes, even in a professional studio mixing space. The AMT tweeters deliver a modern experience when it comes to high frequencies to ensure minimal harshness and maximal detail, while the 5.25-inch aluminum drivers can handle plenty of volume without losing focus. Kanto has also taken the time to program well-tuned digital signal-processing into each speaker so it’ll sound polished right out of the box. The TUK Powered Speakers feature Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity with Qualcomm aptX compatibility for high-quality wireless transmission, and thanks to optical and RCA input options, they’ll slot into most setups, no problem.
