This may be a really dumb question, but I can't seem to get mine to turn on. I keep flicking the switch in the back, changing outlets, and pressing the knob (even checked the fuse). Isn't the LED supposed to light up or something? Is anyone else having issues?

jigglytofuYeah the light should be blue when it is on, then turns to yellow when in stand-by mode. Good luck!
