Ok, so Kat@Massdrop was not helpful at all. She could have helped me by contacting UPS, but chose not to. I just spent 45 mins on the phone with UPS to try and work something out (they kept saying you have to work through the sender, while Kat said contact UPS). I may have done so with some creative ideas, but Kat could have helped me more easily and instead chose not to. I hope the founders of Massdrop follow-up on this incompetence illustrated in the chain of 16 emails I had with Kat. I've now spent hours dealing with the shipping. Not cool, not cool at all...and still no speakers.
