All I can say is "disappointing". I'm now reconsidering participating in this community. In an effort to be fair to both parties, I emailed both Massdrop as directed by the site, and then Karas Kustoms - this was on 12/27. I have not heard from either site. The pen received was a gift, and it is defective. It doesn't extend or retract correctly. I had really hoped someone would step up and correct the issue. All I've received to date are two auto-generated emails from Massdrop saying how busy they are. And no, I didn't received the hex key either, as many here have posted.
Update: 1/5/15 Received a response today from Karas Directly and they are going to ship a new pen. Looking forward to a new one and appreciate the resolution by Karas Kustoms.
