At less than 4 inches, the Liliput is the smallest fountain pen in the Kaweco lineup. But the pen extends to a comfortable 4.9 inches when the screw-on cap is posted at the end of the threaded barrel Read More
Great little pen, but it can be too small and difficult to handle without screwing the cap on the rear. Raw copper patinas wonderfully, but of course will make your hands smell after using it for a bit.
I love the simple design and craftsmanship of this pen. One minor issue I have with it is that it's not as fine as some of the Japanese extra fine nibs. The Pilot Kakuno comes to mind. But that's only because I write at a pt 8 or less scale anyways...
The perfect pocket pen. I wear jeans most of the time and never have an issue with the pen. It has never leaked and always writes first time every time even if it has been a long time since i last used it. For longer writing sessions I post the pen as it adds balance. For a short signature or quick note I leave the pen unposted. A nice pen at a value price. I have been carrying for many months and with other items and have yet to see any scratches or chips.
