Engraving this with "June Bride Something Blue" was a huge fail and destroys the appeal of this pen. People viewing this pen won't know it's the name of an ink, and many of us wouldn't want to carry a pen that says this. This was discussed on a Facebook page I belong to. Even with only a few people chiming in, one person didn't want it because she was divorced; another because she does not define herself by being married; and two others because they were married in months other than June. Whoever decided this was an appealing inscription on a pen didn't do their research. It was suggested that the inscription could be covered up with the optional Kaweco clip, but it might be too long. Too bad--I just love the color of the pen.

GreydogI dont like the engraving either, but I love the color, so I will put the clip over it. I have passed on this drop a couple times, but decided this time to get it. I mostly didnt buy it because of the price though. If this color becomes permanent for Kaweco, I will be disappointed that I didn't wait. It will be my first AL Sport.
