Hi Massdrop, sent you an email since one of the LED's on my keyboard isn't working but I still haven't gotten a response! What gives? I'd like for this to get resolved please.

ECHO496which LED is it? if it's the windows key, fn+z will toggle it on - it's some shift lock mode
