LED color inconsistency, LED height issues, switches breaking from just swapping caps. This is turning into one big mess, and looks real bad on Massdrop's part. Hope they respond soon with an official update to this situation.

HitchaDitto. I'd also like to hear Massdrop say something. Sounds like they are losing some customers from that drop and I'm sure they don't want to see the same thing happen again. I'm certainly content to stop shopping here if they mess up on the new drop after already knowing there are quality issues with their supplier.

Drop alt v1 in the drop high-profile ceramic case

I have drop alt v1 and I replaced the aluminum case with the drop alt ceramic case, however the problem is now i cannot see the rgb even with the diffuser. I can slightly see it on the north side of the diffuser but not the sides nor the southside. Please help.

Flashing my new drop keyboard

Hello, I have received my new drop keyboard I was attempting to flash it using the Drop configurator software however when I do FN Left Control Backspace and use the flash function it disconnects. No matter what other flash option I choose my keyboard stops showing up in the configurator. The only option I found I can return to is the stock option. Sorry for my confusion I have never done this before.
