Quick update for the group. We just heard from our vendor today and they let us know have encountered a shortage on a few components (switches were identified as one of the parts) and this is currently holding up production on the group's order. We are working with them to get this resolved ASAP and will update the group as new information becomes available.
Due to this component shortage that we were not notified of in advance, as the vendor believed the problem would be handled in a timely manner shipment date from the vendor's factory has been moved to 1/15.
We understand this delay is rather undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for the keyboard and want to have your order cancelled, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will process the refund right away.
