Massdrop Says I'm Color Blind

Massdrop has a bunch of idiots who work for the company and they can't even correct their own mistakes of not following through. I ordered a Dark Blue case but received the wrong color case that has more of a blue-purple and is not even shown in the pictures of this drop. Then their customer rep says that I'm color blind and the case is the color that I ordered. I know I’m not color blind. Attached are the colors pulled from KBDFans. The CS rep can’t read and can’t tell the colors apart. I requested a resolution, but the rep ignored me completely saying the ticket is resolved. I want to return this and now waiting for a different CS rep that can actually process this instead of telling me that I am color blind. Don't bother buying any of these KBDFans items from Massdrop. Go directly to KBDFans.cn instead and purchase from the source, support them. Their support has not let me down.

moonboobsYeah colors seem to have been off, I ordered Dark green and got a really poppy bright green.

moonboobsI just received mine in the same color as you, and it's clearly a bright blue and not the dark blue shown on the picture. Have I known about this, I wouldn't have choosen this color...

OzzyGThat sucks man. I don’t even know where they got this color because on KBDFan, it’s a pine green, not like this one that is a leprechaun green. I hope you can get a return if you end up not wanting it

tsyirvoI finally got a reply from a helpful CS rep with the return process. Hopefully you did too if you were trying to get a return. This is similar to how Game of Thrones ended, the waiting was long and the delivery was subpar.

bullmoos211Hang in there man. I made the ticket at least 4 times. I was persistent because their CS rep name Brent was on a power trip cancelling my support request each time I made a ticket. My refund finally came through after different CS rep looked at the ticket and they were very helpful. Good luck, I hope you get your money.

moonboobsThis is an issue with KBDFANS showing what the colors are from a computer generated mock up/preview of what they should look like. But if you look at all the pics from KBDFANS they are correct.(There is also 2 different 5 degree cases from them as well.) I received this case from this group buy like 6-7 months ago. Why are you just now receiving these? Also I'll buy anyone's case that isn't happy with their color. Thanks

bullmoos211They are swamped from thousands of people doing the same thing. Be patient, It took 4 weeks for a reply for an address change. But because people are submitting one after another after another tickets. It's backing up customer support even more. Covid is still in full force across the US, so don't know why this is a surprise to people that you haven't received immediate attention for a refund.(Lower end priority anyways compared to many peoples issues)

PhlookeYour post is not helpful for other folks who are experiencing this color issue because you clearly skip all the details just as much as Massdrop does. It’s not KBDFans fault, it’s Massdrop’s advertising mistakes for not delivering. These images are not renders by KBDFans. The images on this Massdrop posting are the ones pulled from KBDFans. They’re actual photos of the case but since I assume you’re on your phone, you really can’t see the details of the screws in these pictures. KBDFans takes photo cases that was made. Renders applies to keycaps since they’re are not made yet and coming soon products that KBDFans are working on. If you actually checked the posting, this wasn’t the dark blue for the folks who were expecting. Us folks here understand Covid-19 exist, we didn’t complain about the shipping delivery. But obviously Massdrop has poor operations because I was able to get responses on 2 separate orders within a week of receiving the items. Not only that, I got the same prick who responded to both of my support requests plus my 3rd request until I got PayPal involved. The 2nd rep handle it like a champ and processed a return label for me immediately. Since you didn’t have any troubles with your product, get off your imaginary high and mighty couch and move on. You can shove your 2 posts back up your ass.
