This case paired with the DZ60 Hotswap PCB produces a short that makes the build unusable. I would not recommend wasting time or money on this

Please read: Lackluster at best

I have never used this product. Not because I didn't want to, or tried. DROP and KBDFans sent me a defect PCB, which led to my board never functioning. I reached out, they promised me a replacement unit to no extra cost. I thought it was excellent service despite the elongated waiting time. Cheyenne did a great job. To my surprise, only a few days later I was told I couldn't get a new one, because they were out of stock, thus not being able to find a replacement unit. They credited me a mere $10, I then asked for another $10 for THEIR site, but what I realized is that, now I am in a $140 deficit (import fees, taxes as well new shipping costs straight from KBDFans). I have been a loyal customer for years, but this is taking its toll and is making me reconsider my orders for the current runs I am in, and I'm wondering if I am ever to put my money in Drop's hands.

Just appalling.

Mine came with a huge ding on its corner. Furthermore, the green on the board is completely off as compared to those shown in the renders/pictures. Overpriced for what it is. kudos to Drop for offering a swift restitution to this unpleasant experience.

Not the color that is shown

I purchased the dark blue case and the case I received is a bright/royal blue looking color. Not happy with this. KBDFans shows that the color I received is "Blue" and not the "Dark Blue" Get it together Drop.

Massdrop Says I'm Color Blind

Massdrop has a bunch of idiots who work for the company and they can't even correct their own mistakes of not following through. I ordered a Dark Blue case but received the wrong color case that has more of a blue-purple and is not even shown in the pictures of this drop. Then their customer rep says that I'm color blind and the case is the color that I ordered. I know I’m not color blind. Attached are the colors pulled from KBDFans. The CS rep can’t read and can’t tell the colors apart. I requested a resolution, but the rep ignored me completely saying the ticket is resolved. I want to return this and now waiting for a different CS rep that can actually process this instead of telling me that I am color blind. Don't bother buying any of these KBDFans items from Massdrop. Go directly to KBDFans.cn instead and purchase from the source, support them. Their support has not let me down.

The picture of the dark green case does not match the actual case at all. Instead of a dark green, the case is a bright emerald green! Very disappointed. Likely my first and last purchase on drop.

Terrible quality control, I almost thought these were B stocks... Also, the dark blue color looks nothing like what is being shown on the product page. This is completely unacceptable!
