Is anyone receiving a different color than the one you ordered in this drop? I selected the Dark Blue, but when the item came into the mail, I receive a Blue case instead. Which was not an option in this drop.

That really sucks. Please do bring up that another user has been offered a full refund for the same issue. I mentioned in my complaint that I knew there were other people who had the same issue. Regardless of whether it was a small batch of incorrect colors, or all Dark Blue/Dark Green orders were incorrect, Drop should be treating everyone who has this issue the same.

twilight477Thanks for the update. Everyone here has been really great looking out for each other. I just want to buy the item that was advertised and they make it seem like I’m trying to fraud them money. I’m glad that this drops has issues and not solely my purchase issue

Agreed. And the tofu comes in muted colors. I like the vibrant selection of colors with this one.

It would be great if Massdrop could do a reality check on the stock and give more clarity around these colors. Black, Silver, Red, and Orange all look more or less similar to how they're pictured on KBDfans (and Pink isn't available to check), but the others are different—in some cases wildly different.

Thank you so much for that catch, I've went ahead and updated the Dark Blue color. I'll make sure and work with KBDfans to ensure that community members received the color they ask for :)

SpencerLFYI, we're still experience the incorrect colors with this posting so it still hasn't resolved. People receive the Blue case instead of the Dark Blue that they ordered. The Blue case isn't even shown on this posting. I wish I read this post waaay earlier

just a heads up, the dark blue color case listed is incorrect. The real color is a lighter muted blue. Almost a dark teal color. This should be updated.

Actually, if you go to KDBFans site and click on Dark Blue, and then on Frosted, the same picture is used. I think the problem is that KDBFans may be only using Frosted.

YabosMcGeeNo, that's just an error. Frosted looks completely different, it's white semi-translucent acrylic (plastic) that disperses RGB underglow light. https://kbdfans.com/products/pre-order-kbdfans5-transparent-acrylic-cnc-60-case

Does anyone happen to have a picture of the green case? I can't find one on Google besides the KBD picture. Just wondering if it looks any different than theirs; I got the purple case and it was a little lighter/pinker than the website photo.
